The President of the University of Hafr Al-Batin started the meeting by welcoming the members of the Council, then the Council proceeded to discuss the topics on the agenda and took the necessary decisions regarding them, most notably considering a number of appointment topics for academic positions at the rank of assistant professor and the rank of lecturer.
